Moving Toward Compliance with OFCCP's new Section 503 & VEVRAA Regulations

On September 24, 2013, OFCCP issued new regulations implementing Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 503) and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA). Things have changed and the “Moving Toward Compliance” webinar series will assist contractors in understanding and complying with the new requirements.
During this first session, OFCCP outlines the new self-identification requirements, including when contractors are required to invite applicants and employees to self-identify, the purpose for collecting that information and its use. In addition, OFCCP will review the new data collection requirements for job openings, jobs filled, and applicants and hires who are protected veterans and/or individuals with disabilities.
Join us to learn more on this topic as we move towards compliance.
