Anne joined Cornell University’s Employment and Disability Institute (EDI) in November 2009, starting as an administrative assistant. She is currently working as a Technical Assistance Specialist for the National Technical Assistance, Policy, and Research Center for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities funded by the US Department of Labor Office of Disability and Employment Policy (ODEP). She comes to EDI from Student Academic Services where she worked as an administrative assistant for the Learning Strategies Center where she answered calls and helped implement the Prefreshmen Summer Program.
Anne has also contributed to a variety of research projects including statistical research on child reasoning for the Erikson Institute, qualitative research on current human resources practices for Accenture, and tracking irrational behavior on E-Bay for the Johnson School of Management. She has also worked as a SSA benefits coordinator for CASCAP, a mental health residential program in Cambridge, MA. Her research interests include labor market discrimination, barriers to employment and data visualization.
